Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site. Conduct inspections and handovers, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Maintain records for quality control, variations, and material usage. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
