We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitiousTrainee Assistant Site Managerto join our team within LovellsSouth West& Wales region working from the Cardiff office.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Management Trainee will carry out a variety of site management tasks, ensuring the site is kept tidy and presented to the public in a clean, tidyworkmanlikemanner.
An extensive training programme will be offered as well as on the job development to help you with key aspects of the role such as:
Understanding the programme requirements of the site, whilstassistingthe Site Manager in its implementation.
Liaising with NHBC, Building Control, Highways and Water Authority Inspectors to ensure technical compliance and programme.
Health, safety, and environmental matters will be a key part of your responsibilities including assisting with all statutory forms and procedures.
