Human Resources Manager
Our client, a leading forward-thinking and supportive engineering and manufacturing business is looking for a Human Resources Manager who can work on a part-time basis, around 25 hours a week to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key responsibilities asHuman Resources Manager:
You will be responsible for the recruiting and on boardingprocesses within the business including interviewing, advertising, and selection.
Provide support and guidance to all employees about Human Resource responsibilities.
Develop and keep all HR policies and procedures up to date and communicate and ensure compliance throughout the business in its entirety.
Prepare and submit HR reporting.
Develop and implement a performance management system, enhancing employee productivity and engagement.
Experience and skill required asHuman Resources Manager:
CIPD Level 5 Diploma or MCIPD
Ideally have completed a degree in a relevant field, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law
Have demonstrable HR Management experience in a similar position.
Have strong competency with regard to policies and procedures and best practices.
Excellent MS Office skills and reporting knowledge
Experienced working in an environment that commands confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Up to £45K basic salary doe pro rata
