Lomond is a fast‑growing, private equity‑backed property group, scaling rapidly through an ambitious acquisition strategy. We are now seeking an experienced Group Head of People Operations to build, lead and continuously improve our People Operations function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering scalable, efficient and high‑quality HR operational services across the Group. The Role Reporting into the Group People Director, the Group Head of People Operations will act as the operational architect of the People function. You will design and implement the infrastructure, systems and governance required to support rapid growth, integrate newly acquired businesses and ensure a consistent employee experience across all Lomond brands. This role owns HR operational delivery at scale, including people systems, data integrity, employee lifecycle processes, service delivery models and the use of automation and AI to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Lomond’s People Operations function, building a high‑performing and inclusive team. Design and deliver a scalable HR operations model to support a fast‑growing, multi‑brand organisation. Own HR operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant and consistently applied across the Group. Act as senior owner of people data within Zellis ResourceLink, ensuring strong governance and data integrity. Lead the development of a People Operations service delivery model, including ticketing and service levels. Support the integration of newly acquired businesses, including TUPE activity and operational readiness. Leverage HR technology, automation and AI to drive efficiency and scalability. Partner closely with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll and IT. Essential Strong capability in leading HR or People Operations within complex or evolving organisations. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments. In‑depth knowledge of HR systems, including Zellis ResourceLink. Evidenced capability to build, improve and scale HR operational infrastructure. Inclusive people leader with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Desirable Exposure to multi‑brand or multi‑entity operating models. Involvement in implementing HR service delivery or ticketing platforms.
