Are you an experienced labourer with a sharp eye for plot preparation? We are currently recruiting for a labourer with specific preboarding experience to join a premier new build housing development in the Louth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join a fast-paced site team where quality of finish is a top priority.
About The Role:
In this role, you will be moving beyond standard site tidying. You will be a key link in the production chain, ensuring that plots are perfectly prepped for the boarding teams.
Clearing and prepping floor/wall areas specifically for boarding, ensuring the workspace is optimized for trades to move in.
Managing the intake and internal distribution of plasterboard, insulation, and flooring components across various plots.
Supporting the internal finishing teams to maintain a high momentum of work.
General housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
Full compliance with site safety regulations and manual handling best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a labouring role with a focus on preboarding or assisting dry liners/floor layers is a distinct advantage.
A valid CSCS card is mandatory.
We need someone who is physically fit, reliable, and takes pride in the organisation of a site.
Must possess and wear full PPE at all times.
