Sales Executive \n Location: St Albans\n Salary: up to £28k\n Hours: Mon-Fri\n\nGrafton Recruitment are looking for a graduate Sales Executive to gain new business in and around St Albans for a business that specialises in market research and consumer attitudes and behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to kick start their career within sales.\n\nDuties and responsibilities\n\nIdentifying new business opportunities by presenting the value of the companies offerings (both syndicated and consulting) to prospective clients\nUnderstanding the client's business information needs across a range of business functions, including competitive intelligence, product marketing and market research\nManaging the initial process of cold calling to booking in a demo for a senior to take over\nAccount Management\nDrafting and sending appropriate sales correspondence\nFollow up calls\nManaging sales process through to closure\nExceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets\nCollaborating with the research team to identify new sales campaign messaging\nProviding input on new product development projects (voice of the customer)\nBuilding great rapport and valuable working relationships within the industry and potential clientsYou will need:\n\nSales and/or customer service experience\nDegree level or equivalent level of education\nExperience of negotiating with clients and suppliers.\nKey account management experience with proven success of developing relationships.\nGood administrative skills.\nGood numerical skills.\nGood IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)\n If you meet the above criteria, please apply directly by clicking the link or contact Chloe Sims on (phone number removed)
