This role goes beyond just hitting sales targetsyoull play a key part in building long-term customer relationships and delivering an outstanding buying experience from first enquiry through to handover and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers face-to-face, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
* Understand customer needs and guide them through the full sales journey
* Follow a structured sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Proactively manage and follow up on leads and enquiries
* Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets
* Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention
About You
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
* Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
* Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
* Target-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
