Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Consultant for Vertu at Harrods, you will act as a brand ambassador for one of the world's most prestigious luxury mobile phone makers. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, cultivating long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding Vertu's brand values of exclusivity, innovation, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional 5-star client experience in line with Harrods' and Vertu's luxury service standards.
* Proactively drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
* Build and nurture a loyal client base, ensuring high levels of client retention and repeat business.
* Present Vertu's bespoke products and services with confidence, demonstrating expert product knowledge.
* Work closely with Harrods Personal Shoppers, VIP relations teams, and internal PS Group staff to maximise sales opportunities.
* Support after-sales care, ensuring all client needs are met seamlessly.
* Maintain immaculate visual merchandising in line with Vertu brand guidelines.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
* Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery, or high-end consumer technology.
* Strong clienteling background with experience handling VIP and HNW clients.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Target-driven, commercially aware, and passionate about luxury.
* Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or French) is an advantage.

Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
