Role Overview
We seek a VRF HVAC Senior Sales Executive for our Building Technologies and Solutions division. The role focuses on VRF, Chiller, and Heat Pump sales via end users and consultants, with responsibilities extending to main and M&E Contractors. You will leverage innovative products to differentiate our services, build on existing relationships, and drive new business. Your goal is to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Operate independently with a customer-focused approach. Understand and align with customer needs, build relationships, and grow your portfolio. Use your communication skills to positively represent JCI and develop new sales across your region.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in VRF, Chiller, or Heat Pump HVAC industry (Engineer or Sales)
* Technical knowledge at degree level or equivalent
* Proven success in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing clients
* Strong communicator with sales experience in a commercial setting
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Capable of explaining technical info to non-technical audiences
Preferred:
* Experience in VRF market sales
* Knowledge of leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Hitachi
* Location in Midlands or South preferred but not essential
