Site Manager – Enhanced DBS
HEXA SERVICES (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Site Manager for a large Care Home project in Bangor. The role starts immediately and is full‑time, with working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
* General day‑to‑day management of the site
* Oversee all health and safety on site
* Maintain site documentation and records
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors on the site
Essential qualifications:
* Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
* Entry‑level experience in site management or construction (e.g., Project Management)
* Good communication and organisational skills
