The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full operational responsibility for the on-site delivery of this residential scheme.
You will lead construction activities from groundwork through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead day-to-day site operations across all build stages.
2. Manage subcontractors, trades and direct labour to achieve programme milestones.
3. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
5. Control site costs and report regularly on progress to senior management.
6. Coordinate inspections, client walkthroughs and handovers.
7. Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including consultants and local authorities.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
8. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on new build housing projects.
9. Strong knowledge of traditional build housing and NHBC standards.
10. Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
11. Valid CSCS (Black/Gold), SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
12. Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
