Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Administrator to join our Tilbury office, reporting to the HR Business Partner. You will support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, including benefits administration, maintaining accurate HRIS records, and providing support across the full employee lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.

What you'll do
Manage HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, changes, probations, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate HRIS records in line with UK GDPR and company policy, supporting managers in effective system use.
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating complex matters to the HRBP where appropriate.
Support payroll, benefits, and pension administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support the HRBP and Senior Leadership Team.
Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with UK employment legislation.
Contribute to organisational change initiatives, audits, training activities, and wider HR projects.
What you'll need
Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
1-2 years prior experience as a Human Resources Administrator or in a similar role is preferred
CIPD level 3 or equivalent
