TLT are looking for a Contract Administrator to join us for an initial 3 month contract, with chance of extension. This role is based full time out of our Belfast offices, so candidates must reside in a commutable distance to our Belfast offices.
Responsibilities may include:
* General administration supporting Paralegals/Senior Paralegal and Team Managers
* Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
* Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
* Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers
* Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors
Your Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience
* Experience in financial services / legal background is beneficial
* A law degree or equivalent qualification
