Westminster is home to some of the most diverse and inspiring communities in the country, and our housing services play a vital role in supporting them. With more than 22,000 homes across the city, we depend on accurate, meaningful data to help us make good decisions and deliver services that genuinely improve residents’ lives. We’re now looking for a Data and Quality Manager who can bring expertise, curiosity and care to this important area of our work. In this role, you’ll lead how we manage and use asset and compliance data across the Housing Directorate, shaping the systems and insight that sit behind our investment planning, service performance and long term strategy. Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Finance, ICT and operational teams, you’ll help us build a clearer picture of our homes and the people who live in them, making sure our data is reliable, accessible and able to support both everyday delivery and future planning. You’ll also play a key part in strengthening our reporting and assurance processes, helping teams understand what the data is telling us and how we can use it to make improvements. Your work will support compliance, transparency and better communication with residents, as well as helping us prioritise resources where they’re needed most. We’re looking for someone who combines technical confidence with warmth, collaboration and a genuine commitment to public service. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team and work closely with a wide range of colleagues, so relationship‑building and clear communication will be just as important as your technical skills. Experience in housing or asset environments would be helpful, but we also welcome applicants with transferable expertise and the motivation to make a positive difference. If you’re excited by the idea of shaping something that has real and lasting impact for thousands of people, and you want to work somewhere where your insight will be valued and your contribution will matter, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
