The Flight Training Advisor serves as a critical liaison between prospective trainees and the Skyborne Airline Academy. This role is responsible for guiding aspiring pilots through the admissions process, providing programme information, evaluating student needs, and supporting enrolment. The Flight Training Advisor ensures students are well-informed and prepared to succeed at Skyborne Airline Academy. The Flight Training Advisor will be managing inbound sales enquiries; email, telephone, face-to-face and those generated through social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective trainees.
* Deliver enrolments against agreed KPI targets.
* Conduct informational sessions and one-on-one consultations to explain training programs, costs, financing options, and career outcomes.
* Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
* Follow up with leads generated through marketing channels, open days, and partner organisations.
* Support at events across the UK & Europe where required.
* Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage and track prospective student interactions, follow-ups, and conversion activities efficiently.
* Ensure first stage payments are received, requiring close liaison with finance personnel.

Additional Information
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (plus commission)
Full Time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday.
