They are now seeking a dedicated and experiencedConstruction Site Managerto lead the healthcare education projects they have, ensuring their successful delivery from start to finish. Projects are based in and around the Preston and Lancashire area and will vary in size.
Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare education construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare-specific guidelines.
4. Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the construction site, including site safety, quality control, and workforce management.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure the project is progressing as planned.
