Citrus Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Recruiter for a growing company in Blackwood. You will joining a small recruitment team who are responsible for delivering a consistent pipeline of candidates across the company for employed and freelance opportunities. This is a fast-paced role where the successful candidate will come from a recruitment background, whether it be agency or internal. Responsibilities & day to day duties As an Internal Recruiter you will be expected to: Source and recruit candidates through job boards, networks, referrals and outreach, maintaining a strong pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing applications, conducting interviews and scoping calls, and verifying compliance and industry standards. Promote the company's value proposition by communicating culture, support, earning potential and opportunities to improve conversion rates. Prepare onboarding and handovers by coordinating contracts, documentation and checks, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with HR and Operations. Manage relationships and communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure clarity and smooth processes. Report on recruitment activity with regular pipeline updates and performance tracking. Provide market insights by analysing feedback, pricing, availability and emerging recruitment trends. Skills & experience required At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced recruitment role Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging candidates at all levels. Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume, skills-based or field-based environments. Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and talent pipelines, prioritising effectively in fast-paced settings. Highly organised with strong attention to detail across compliance, documentation and reporting. Technically proficient with ATS/CRM systems, digital sourcing tools and data-driven recruitment methods.
