Fitness Instructor (Full Time) – University of Nottingham
David Ross Sports Village & Jubilee Sports Centre – Nottingham Campuses. Join our Health & Fitness team to help members feel fitter, healthier and more confident.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome new members and deliver engaging inductions
* Create tailored fitness programmes to help members reach their goals
* Lead group exercise classes that are fun, inclusive, and motivating
* Offer guidance and support to members on the gym floor
* Keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and inspiring for everyone
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Gym/Fitness Instructing
* A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
* Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with a diverse community
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £24,727 to £27,720 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience (plus shift allowance circa £4,000). Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
* Location: University Park, Nottingham

Additional Details
* Working hours: 36.25 hours per week. Part-time considered: minimum 18.125 hours per week. Job share arrangements may be available.
