We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
* Manage the recruitment process, including overseeing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline hiring.
* Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain and optimise the Human Resource Information System.
* Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
* Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while managing employee relations issues effectively.
* Foster a culture of open communication within the organisation to enhance employee satisfaction.
Skills
* Proven experience in human resources management.
* Proficiency in HRM PRO.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
* Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive improvements.
