Job Summary
We are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment
to lead our talent acquisition function. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruitment strategy, building a high-performing team, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning recruitment practices with organisational goals, enhancing employer branding, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, coach, and manage the recruitment team, setting clear goals and performance standards.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with policies.
Partner with clients to fully understand briefs, requirements, and expectations.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Implement, optimise, and manage recruitment tools and platforms.
Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure KPIs are met.
Ensure compliance with legislation, GDPR, and industry standards.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all recruitment practices.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and consistent team replenishment.
Qualifications
Essential
: Level 3 Business Management (or equivalent).
Desirable
: Level 5 Business Management (or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing recruitment teams.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
