We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Lead Appian Consultant. This is a senior role providing technical leadership, hands-on Appian development, and team mentorship, delivering scalable and high-quality Appian solutions across multiple internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions.
* Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications.
* Set and uphold development standards and best practices.
* Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability.
* Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects.
Requirements
* 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (7+ years IT experience).
* Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3).
* Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security.
* Agile/Scrum experience.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Desirable
* Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control.
* Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors.
* Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian.
