Oversee workflow, form, and automation development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Drive ECM best practices, from metadata standards to content lifecycle and user adoption. Provide technical leadership across ECM architecture, integrations, performance improvements, and migrations. Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are applied consistently across the M365 environment. Support the Content & Collaboration Centre of Excellence, coaching citizen developers as needed. Occasionally work out-of-hours to support high-impact changes or platform updates.
