Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works at Scunthorpe General Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to manage site operations and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health & safety standards
* Coordinate materials, labour, and workloads to meet project deadlines
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
* Enforce site rules and promote a safe working environment
Essential Requirements
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
Desirable
* CSCS Black Card (Manager Level) - preferred
