Key responsibilities:
* Preparing administration and recruitment documents such as adverts, employment checks and Health and Safety risk assessments
* Assisting with the on-boarding process for new staff
* Managing the payroll system in accordance with the monthly deadline
* General HR duties including completing appraisals, training, packages for new starters and leavers
* Working closely with the managers in being the first point of contact for all related enquiries, orchestrating review meetings and executing new projects
The ideal candidate:
* Expert knowledge and experience in HR
* Familiar with the recruitment and resourcing process
* A resilient attitude for getting involved and accomplishing the work
* A willingness to learn and progress
