Key Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Drafting and issuing employment contracts and variation letters for teaching and support staff.
* Payroll Liaison: Providing monthly updates to external payroll providers regarding new starters and leavers.
* Recruitment: Creating engaging job descriptions and person specifications to attract elite teaching talent.
* Vetting: Handling all pre-employment checks, including DBS, right-to-work, and overseas clearances.
Salary & Contract Details
* Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale)
* Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
