LHH Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract (but does have the potential to go permanent.
This is a key HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders within a large, complex client group. You will act as a trusted adviser, delivering both strategic and operational HR support while leading on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
The Role
As Senior HR Manager, you will:
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the people strategy across your business areas
* Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice
* Drive performance management, promotion, and remuneration processes
* Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, working closely with recruitment and HR operations teams
* Manage and develop a direct report within the HR team
* Contribute to broader HR projects and inclusion initiatives
This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder influence and the ability to operate confidently at senior level.
About You
* Proven experience operating at Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner level
* Strong UK employment law knowledge and complex ER case experience
* Experience within professional services or a similarly fast-paced, partnership-style environment (legal experience preferred)
* The credibility and gravitas to influence senior leaders
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
