We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a project commencing 5th January 2025. The role is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential to extend. You will be working on an active retirement village development in Tunbridge Wells on behalf of a well-known, reputable developer. Requirements: * SMSTS * First Aid (FA) Strong knowledge and experience in: * Timber frame construction * Lightweight metal framing * RC (Reinforced Concrete) frame * Temporary works * Lifting operations & associated safety protocols * Groundworks knowledge is a strong advantage Location: Tunbridge Wells Start Date: 05/01/2025 ⏳ Duration: ~8 weeks (potential extension)
