and What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Reward Manager is a key member of the People team, acting as a trusted partner to colleagues to ensure that reward is a key business enabler through insight and relationship building.
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax & Partner Service, owning the delivery of cyclical reward processes, and support in the delivery of the reward strategy, principles and policy implementation across the Group.
What You’ll Be Doing
Cyclical Processes
1. Lead cyclical reward processes (pay review, bonus, compliance) on behalf of the Group Head of Tax & Partner Services.
2. Ensure smooth delivery through effective planning and project management.
3. Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to meet deadlines and performance milestones.
4. Maintain accurate reward data across systems.
Reward, Benefits & Recognition
5. Champion reward as a strategic business enabler.
6. Lead pay structure design and job evaluation to align with business needs.
7. Own and evolve the Career Family Framework; support implementation with HR and business leaders.
8. Contribute to bonus scheme design and ensure relevance.
9. Communicate with senior stakeholders and coach HR teams on reward tools.
10. Support recognition initiatives and manage related projects or changes.
Reporting & Analytics
11. Guide the Reward Analyst on key metrics and reporting.
12. Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
13. Deliver insightful reports to support decision-making.
Role Evaluation
14. Manage the role evaluation process and stakeholder engagement.
15. Coach team members to build evaluation expertise.
Pensions
16. Support pension communications and help colleagues understand the scheme.
Projects
17. Lead or support reward-related projects as needed.
About You
Essential
18. Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
19. Strong background in reward and benefits, including role evaluation using recognised methodologies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Hay).
20. Commercially focused with a service-driven mindset and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
21. Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
22. Comfortable working with large datasets and complex information.
23. Demonstrated ability to deliver key initiatives under pressure and meet SLA/KPI targets.
24. Strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
25. Highly organised, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
26. Discreet and tactful when handling confidential information.
27. Enthusiastic about working with systems and data.
28. Adaptable to changing business priorities while maintaining delivery standards.
Desirable
29. CIPD qualified or degree equivalent.
30. Experience preparing Remuneration Committee or Board papers.
31. Creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
32. Understanding of equal pay, diversity, and their impact on reward.
33. Knowledge of best practices in pay, reward, and benefits.
34. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
35. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience.
36. Excellent planning and self-management capabilities.
