The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations on high-end fit out and refurbishment projects across London
Coordinating subcontractors, specialist trades and supply chain teams
Driving programme, quality and health & safety on site
Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams throughout delivery
Maintaining exceptionally high finishing standards
Managing logistics, sequencing and coordination of multiple work packages
Leading site teams in a proactive and positive manner
Taking ownership of site activities and resolving issues effectively
About You
Experience delivering high-end fit out, luxury residential or hospitality projects
Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
Confident managing client-facing projects and fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach
Comfortable working within a collaborative and less corporate environment
Positive attitude with the ability to work across different teams and cultures
Someone who takes pride in delivery and enjoys being part of a strong team culture
