About the Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the two school sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained. You’ll be the go-to person for all things premises-related, from managing contractors and compliance logs to leading on Health & Safety and supporting our specialist facilities like the hydrotherapy pool.
This is a strategic, solution-focused role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and making a real difference in a school community.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- IOSH trained
- Experienced in site maintenance, ideally in a school or care setting
- Skilled in contractor coordination, compliance and team supervision
- Confident in managing Health & Safety, including fire safety and risk assessments
- Familiar with LOLER, COSHH, and other key regulations
