About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a General Shop Floor Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to support day-to-day operations within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials safely around the site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Supporting production teams with general labouring duties
Moving stock between departments and workstations
Assisting with packing, palletising, and preparing goods for dispatch
Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and organised
Adhering to all health and safety proceduresAbout You
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Willingness to carry out a mix of FLT and manual labour duties
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good awareness of health and safetyDesirable
Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
Experience with stock control or goods-in/goods-out processesApply
