Job Title: Quality Manager

Salary: Up to £56,000 + benefits
A well-established and growing food manufacturing business in Skipton is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to play a key role in maintaining and improving standards across the site.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a collaborative leadership team where quality, food safety and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Working closely with senior management and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead quality, hygiene and processing operations while helping drive a positive, high-performing culture across the site.
As the Quality Manger, you will also have the opportunity to deputise for the Production Manager when required, giving you involvement in day-to-day operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager
1. Leading processing operations and managing associated teams
2. Maintaining strong quality control, food safety and hygiene standards across processing and packing areas
3. Developing and supporting teams through training, performance reviews, rotas, attendance management and development planning
4. Leading HACCP and quality management meetings
