* Overtime available on first come first serve basis
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Drainage Labourer to join our team based at our Guildford depot. This is a hands-on role supporting our drainage engineers in delivering high-quality services to both domestic and commercial clients.
The successful candidate will assist with a range of drainage works including lining, repairs, jetting, and CCTV surveys, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting drainage engineers with lining and repair works
* Supporting jetting operations and CCTV drainage surveys
* Preparing and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment
* Excavation and reinstatement works where required
* Ensuring sites are kept clean, safe, and organised
* Loading and unloading equipment and materials
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Representing the company in a professional manner when on-site
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in construction, drainage, or a similar labouring role preferred
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Good understanding of health and safety practices
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Professional and respectful when dealing with clients
