This organisation works within the construction industry in Belfast. They are looking for an office manager to join them on a permanent basis, working 5 days in their office, 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:30.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for running the administration duties and tasks throughout thepany. Your responsibilities will consist of but not be limited to the following:
1. Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and teams.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Coordinate all fire warden and first aid duties
5. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
6. Handle iing and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
7. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
8. Maintain and organise office files and records.
9. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
10. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
11. Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
12. Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
13. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
14. Proven experience as an office manager, senior administrative assistant, or similar role.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
16. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
17. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
18. Professional appearance and demeanour.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
21. Experience with first aid and/or fire warden duties will be looked upon favourably.
