Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day
administrative support
to management and team members
* Manage
scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Assist with
data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Support with office supplies management and general admin tasks
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to
efficient office operations
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as an
Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Receptionist, or Personal Assistant
preferred
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
