Overview
Base £28 to £30k, realistic OTE £45,000 uncapped (top performers earning £50k+). Do not be put off by the high uncapped OTE… this is not unrealistic. Come in and meet us, speak to us, meet the team, find out how they love earning and spending their commission.
A successful salesperson matched with a superior product and service at a great price is a great combination, plus you will also have appealing product promotions and propositions in your armoury.
Enjoy the thrill of the close? Then you will enjoy making 5-10 a day, depending on the level of your outbound and inbound calls.
We are ideally looking for previous sales experience, as this will be a mix of inbound and outbound, with outbound still not being completely cold, with potential customers having registered their details and expressed interest.
We have many campaigns to arrange and for you to get stuck into, plus plenty of opportunity for you to bring ideas to the table and help shape others.

Rural villages have old, slow copper broadband - they struggle to do the things that residents in larger towns and cities take for granted, think watching Netflix or gaming without it buffering, working from home, etc….We solve the problem by building a fibre to the home (FTTH) network, providing a fast and reliable internet connection.
As a sales role there are targets and you will be making numerous calls each day, there will be unanswered calls and there will be objections to handle - which is why we feel you need to bring some sales experience.
Let’s be honest, sometimes it can be a numbers game and your prior experience may tell you that - but here you will not be chasing a pipe dream, you will sell, you will make sales every day and be rewarded for it. If that motivates you then get in touch.
This is an office-based role, please consider this commitment carefully before applying.
Note: as we need to speak to customers outside of normal hours on occasions, this role would require a late shift - 11.00am to 7.30pm once a week. There is also a Saturday, which can be worked from home, on a rota basis circa once every 4 weeks, with a day of in lieu during the week.
