Our client, a dynamic and inclusive secondary academy based in Wiltshire, is seeking a passionate and creative Teacher of Food Technology to join their committed team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality Food Technology curriculum that equips students with essential life skills, encourages creativity, and promotes healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Maintain a safe and well-organised learning environment, including kitchen facilities and equipment
3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement
4. Contribute to curriculum development and the wider Design and Technology department
5. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to support holistic development
6. Support extra-curricular clubs and enrichment activities linked to food and nutrition
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A specialism in Food Technology or relevant Design & Technology experience
* A passion for practical learning and healthy living
* Excellent classroom management and organisation skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and professional development
