Hayward Hawk are delighted to be working in partnership with a professional service client to recruit an entry level Records and Data Admin on a full time permanent basis working hybrid in their Belfast office. What you'll do: Save, file, and perform data entry for a variety of incoming document types. Respond to and complete day-to-day clerical requests to update system. Manage your own caseload, while keeping everything organised and up to date. Manage clients to follow up on missing information and escalate any issues as needed. Communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Contribute to team meetings and give feedback to help improve processes. What you'll need: Great client service skills and a positive, helpful attitude. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
