This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team where you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end HR operational support taking ownership of the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries, lead recruitment and drive process improvement through regional and global HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within financial services with a strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices. You must have strong stakeholder management skills with a meticulous attention to detail, and be able to operate within a fast paced environment.
