Global Reward Manager – High Wycombe, United Kingdom

This is a high-impact role to shape global reward strategy within an international organisation, leading the evolution of compensation, benefits and recognition across the company.
Role focus: drive global reward initiatives, deliver pay transparency, enhance manager capability, and ensure reward practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations and strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Global Reward Strategy: Support the development and implementation of a cohesive reward strategy aligned with market trends and organisational goals.
* Compensation Management: Own global pay structures and annual compensation cycles using HRIS systems; deliver robust benchmarking and salary review processes.
* Benefits Leadership: Design and manage UK benefits and support global benefits strategy; partner with regional HR teams for compliance and cultural alignment.
* Recognition Programmes: Lead the review and rollout of recognition initiatives that embed company values and drive engagement.
* UK Payroll Oversight: Manage outsourced UK payroll, ensuring seamless integration with benefits and internal processes.
* Employee Experience: Communicate total reward offerings clearly to enhance understanding and engagement.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure global compliance with reward-related regulations and reporting requirements.
* Data & Insights: Use analytics to inform decision-making, forecast budgets, and measure impact.
* Global Projects: Support harmonisation, M&A and expansion projects; manage vendor relationships and align local needs with global strategy.
Essential
What You’ll Bring
* Experience managing global compensation structures and processes in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
* Strong understanding of UK payroll and benefits administration.
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and employee-facing.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Data-driven with strong analytical and project management skills.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Desirable
* Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Compensation).
* Experience managing benefits across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
* Exposure to global mobility and international reward governance.
* Expertise in creating engaging employee communications.
