* Identifying and qualifying time-sensitive logistics opportunities
* Building and managing a structured sales pipeline
* Booking and attending client meetings
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
Qualifications & Mindset
* Experience in freight or logistics is helpful — but not essential.
* Competitive and financially motivated
* Comfortable picking up the phone and making outbound calls daily
* Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection
* Disciplined, organised, and self-driven
* Clear and confident in communication
* Ambitious, with a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career
