Internal Recruiter Location: Office/Mobile - Letchworth Office (travel required) Hours: Full Time | 40 hours per week Salary: £30,000 pa, a discretionary bonus, paid monthly | 28 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays Abacus Care & Support is a growing Supported Living provider, working alongside adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, behaviours that may be deemed challenging, and a range of diagnoses and presentations. We’re looking for a creative and innovative Internal Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process of internal and external candidates across various departments. What you’ll do: Manage recruitment processes and build talent pipelines Source, screen and evaluate candidates Produce detailed recruitment content (including job packs and adverts) Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure candidate requirements are accounted for Track and report applications to improve and monitor recruitment systems What we’re looking for: 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house or internal recruiter role Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills Solid understanding of HR principles and practices Proficiency in applicant tracking systems Problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid UK driving licence Join Abacus Care & Support and help shape a service that empowers people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
