Job Description:
REED HR NI is partnering with our client in Bangor to appoint a Human Resources Manager responsible for leading and managing strategic and daily HR functions. The role focuses on fostering a positive people culture, aligning HR activities with strategic goals, and ensuring effective management of the employee lifecycle.
1. Serve as an effective member of the Senior Team, promoting positive engagement and a coaching mentality across HR processes.
2. Manage the HR function to realize the objectives of strategic and corporate plans.
3. Collaborate with management to deliver corporate strategies and business plans.
4. Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle and provide expertise on HR issues.
5. Maintain, review, and promote HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation.
6. Promote equality and diversity in HR-related matters.
7. Manage HR risks, act as the ICO nominated person for Data Protection/GDPR, and lead health and safety initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
* Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, legal compliance, and strategic planning.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
* Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
