Hayward Hawk is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to recruit for a HR Manageras they are strengthening their HR function to better support their workforce and long-term strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience within a fast-paced, evolving environment. What You'll Do: Provide expert HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from advertising through to onboarding Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, and induction programmes Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR systems Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Support training, development, and performance management initiatives Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture Manage sickness absence and offboarding processes What You'll Need: CIPD level 5 + Experience operating within a fast-paced, growing organisation Strong knowledge of NI and/or ROI employment law Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the business Proactive, solutions-focused, and hands-on approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail Experience managing employee relations casework What You'll Get: Competitive salary 30 days annual leave Pension contribution Training & development opportunities Supportive culture
