As a rapidly growing organisation, Marston Holdings, is expanding its Internal Recruitment team with an experienced Recruiter. This newly created role offers the opportunity to bring innovative ideas and improve processes. The position is suitable for a highly motivated professional with a solid understanding of talent management and candidate attraction within a multi-brand, multi-site organisation, engaging with a wide variety of talent across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Transportation, and Technology, among others. We seek a proactive individual with proven success in high-volume recruitment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid-based role, requiring office presence and national travel as per business needs.
What you will be doing:
1. Working closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
2. Utilising multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
4. Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to effectively attract and manage candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage high-volume vacancies with multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Holder of a valid Full, clean UK Drivers Licence.
