About the Role
As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll:
* Deliver high-quality inductions and gym support to our members
* Engage with members and provide advice to help build confidence and motivation
* Support gym challenges, events, and group classes
* Keep the gym floor clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
* Be a positive, visible presence who contributes to our community spirit
What We’re Looking For
* Recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential)
* Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and other fitness certifications (desirable)
* A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
