As part of our continued European growth, we are expanding our franchise development activity across French-speaking markets, with a primary focus on France.
The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven, French-speaking Sales Executive to support the growth of our franchise network.
This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on identifying, engaging and nurturing senior professionals interested in building their own advisory business under the ERA brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target and engage senior-level professionals across the French market
• Deliver structured, consultative presentations of ERA’s franchise model
• Build and develop relationships through proactive outreach via phone, video, email and targeted campaigns
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to qualification stage
• Maintain accurate CRM records and clear pipeline reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic expansion in France
About You
• French (written and spoken) speaker with strong English communication skills
• Strong understanding of the French economic and business landscape
• Experience in business development, recruitment, executive search, franchising or consultative sales
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
• Organised, target-driven and commercially focused
• Eligible to work in the UK
