Job Description
* Manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
* Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Develop and update HR policies and procedures as required.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters.
* Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
* Handle payroll administration and associated reporting requirements.
* Monitor and manage workplace health and safety policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:
* Proven experience in human resources within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
* A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional qualification in HR, such as CIPD or equivalent.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What's on Offer
* FTE Salary £42k
* 20 hours working week, 4 days Mon-Thurs site based
* 20 days AL + BH - pro rata
* 5% pension contribution company, 3% employee
