HR Recruit is partnering with a rapidly growing SME client in the industrial sector to appoint an experienced HR professional for a newly created role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving business.
In the initial phase, the role will focus on reviewing and establishing core HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and fit for purpose. Following this, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the wider HR function to support the company’s continued growth—covering key areas such as compensation and benefits, diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Review and audit all HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are fit for purpose
2. Support managers and team leaders on all recruiting matters
3. Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures
