Site Manager x2 – Prime & Super Prime Residential Refurbishment
£60k–£75k + Full Benefits | London
We are working with two highly respected main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime residential sector seeking to appoint experienced site managers with expertise in delivering Prime Residential projects.
Site Manager - Holland Park
A long-established, financially secure main contractor with a turnover in excess of £60m.
They deliver new builds and refurbishments of grand residences, with contract values up to £25m. Known for their exceptional quality, they have one of the best staff retention rates in the sector and a management team who are both ambitious and genuinely good people to work for.
The Site Manager will oversee a prime residential townhouse refurbishment of c. £10min contract value, reporting to a Project Manager who will be split between site and office.
Suitable for experienced senior site managers or developing site managers aiming for Project Manager roles in 2–3 years.
Site Manager - Embankment
Main contractor with a strong portfolio of high end residential refurbishments across London’s prime postcodes. They have been established for many years but are successfully transitioning into taking on larger projects (£2m-£10m) having traditionally focused on work in the £1m-£2m range. With several new projects secured for starts over the next 6 months they are a robust option for career development and stability.
The initial project the succesul site will manage is a £3m refurbishment and fit out of a high end penthouse near the Thames.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Prime or Super Prime residential refurbishment in London.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills.
* Trade background (carpentry) beneficial.
* SMSTS & CSCS card.
